gnome-sysadmin@gnome.org is the general contact point for the GNOME sysadmin team. This is a private mailing list that the team members are subscribed to.

There are a number of specific email addresses for particular services:

gnome-infrastructure@gnome.org is a public mailing list for discussion of services running on the gnome.org servers. Archives and subscription information.

IRC

Many of the gnome system adminstration team can be found on irc.gnome.org. Check the #sysadmin channel.

If it's late night or early morning US Eastern Time, please make sure that your urgent problem is really urgent. (Major service down and blocking people's work, security issue.)
